  • This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

We enjoyed our stay at the John Deere Lane house. We were very impressed with everything especially the setting, the cleanliness and charm. We would stay here another time and hope to soon.

Our stay was great. We had plenty of room for our family during our daughter's wedding. The house is down a quiet lane and very secluded. We had our dog with us and there was lots of yard to run around in. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful setting for our girls’ birthday trip. Location was great and the house was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our time in the screened-in back porch!

Every single aspect was amazing! House was impeccably clean, super comfortable beds with lovely linens, pillows and towels. A lot of little extras and thoughtful touches! Host is super helpful and super fast to respond. We will stay here everytime for our Fairhope Trips!!

The house was just what we needed for the weekend for our son's wedding. Gave us a space to visit with out of town family, and convenient to everything!

The house had everything we needed for a 4 day trip to the area for a baseball tournament. Kitchen has all the things we need to make a few breakfasts and dinners. It is very quiet and in a secluded area. The screened in patio was a nice place to drink our morning coffee. Our only complaint was we found the King bed in the master to be rather uncomfortable and may need replacing. We would probably stay again if we were in the area in the future.
