Bass-kin en el paseo marítimo de la casa RIver-Tiny

Cabaña de pesca frente al río ubicada en Fish River. Pesca, parrilla, kayak, pozo de fuego. Todo está provisto; cañas de pescar, kayaks y chalecos salvavidas, parrilla con carbón, registros de fuego para la fogata. La cabina tiene un ambiente muy acogedor. Recientemente renovado con todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. Escalera que conduce a una zona de dormitorio de arriba con una amplia vista del río. A solo 15 minutos del centro de Fairhope ya 35 minutos de las playas de arena azucarada del Golfo.

Disfruta todo sobre la propiedad; kayaks, cañas de pescar, área de picnic a la parrilla con una nueva parrilla de carbón Webber, pozo de fuego, etc. El río es un gran lugar para pasar el tiempo. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de la parrilla de Big Daddy. Big Daddys es uno de los restaurantes de comidas informales más populares de la zona ubicado en el río (las mejores garras de cangrejo). En el camino a Big Daddys, deténgase en el histórico Marlow Ferry River Park. El ferry operaba durante el siglo XIX para ayudar a las personas a cruzar el río. La belleza del parque me recuerda a una escena de una película.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly what we were looking for—peaceful, safe, and right on the water with beautiful views. The owners were incredibly helpful, with detailed notes that made everything easy, and they responded quickly anytime we had a question. Perfect little getaway

This is our 2nd time staying here. The hosts have been excellent both times. Great location, perfect for kayaking, and easy fishing. If you're looking for a location near downtown Fairhope and close to the gulf, this is your place!

The cutest tiny house!

My husband and I booked this tiny house for a quiet getaway! It was perfect! We thought the loft area was quite cozy. We loved watching the boats pass by on the river. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast one morning. We would highly recommend this place! We were impressed with all of the information and the labels were very helpful. Michael was a pleasure to work with.

On the river

We loved this little cabin on the Fish River. It had everything we needed including many little things you'd never expect (like fishing gear and live bait). It's a great location. We also enjoyed the town of Fairhope.

December 1-3, 2023

I had plans to surprise my husband with reservations to stay at this tiny cabin on the river back in October!! We are local to the area and we had something come up that caused us to have to reschedule. The property owner, Michael, was more than understanding to accommodate us having to change our dates!! It was very easy and we’re thankful for how flexible he was! The cabin itself was so cute and quaint!! It was exactly what we love and was very clean and organized!! We grilled steaks the first night and were pleased to find all the essentials we needed for the charcoal grill provided for us!! We even had to text the property owner to ask if he had matches or a lighter to use and he was prompt to provide us an answer back!! All through the night and the next morning it had rained a lot, but we enjoyed having a slow Saturday morning listening to the rain hit the tin roof and watched a cozy Christmas movie in the living room!! The WiFi was very fast and worked great!! We honestly loved everything about our stay and have no complaints!! We also thought it was such a special touch to have welcome gifts when we arrived!! Overall, it was a wonderful place and we would love to stay again one day!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is a great little place to stay for a long weekend. The owners communication is top notch and the care they obviously have in making sure you have a great stay is very evident. The neighborhood is great (The neighbors two calico cats are the finest greeters there are, they made fishing so much fun!). It is a tiny cabin with alot of charm and thought put into it. We didn't want for anything while there (we didn't cook anything while there but there is a great array of things there to use). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Working getaway

We loved staying in baskin by the river! We kayaked up and down the river every day! The cabin was perfect! The owner was very nice and willing to help with whatever we needed. We would definitely recommend a river adventure!

Perfect little getaway!

Our stay at Bass-Kin on the River was everything I wanted it to be. The cabin is super cute and has everything you could need. Definitely get up early enough to watch the sun rise. We took the kayak’s out fishing and had so much fun! We plan to come back as soon as time allows.
