Near shopping plaza (Giant, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Coffee, Gas Station) and Target.

The space:
This three-level single family townhome is located in across the street from George Mason University.
Main level has a very open living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom.
Second level has a has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom includes king size bed, full private bathroom.
Second bedroom has a full size bed. Third bedroom (currently the baby’s room) will have a twin size bed. There is a shared full bathroom on the second floor.
The finished basement has a huge sectional couch—very comfortable and sleepable. Additionally, there are several inflated mattresses to sleep additional guests. It also has a full bath and laundry and utility room.
The basement also leads to the backyard.
The fenced in backyard has a medium size trampoline and child size jungle gym. It can also be accessed from the outside side entrance.

Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig Coffee (with pods for stay), pots/pans, plates/cups, silverware, kitchen utensils

Parking must be in designated parking spots with permits showing (host will provide permits). Any parking violation or towing will be at guest’s expense.
Pick up after your pet and mind your children.
