We stayed here the night before our cruise. It smelled like straight cigarettes and was absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again!

Clearly a new rennovation and push to get it on the market. The original address was an empty lot, then directed to the new investment (almost done) that still needed a lot of trims. Other than that, a good stay. Probably better prepared down the road.
