"We spent the August long weekend at this hotel. This is our forth stay at the Charles Inn in the last two years and will we will definitely come back again. We usually stay in the Premium rooms, which are more expensive than the Deluxe and Petite Rooms. As it goes, you get what you pay for. We love the Premium rooms, especially, the one we stayed in this time. It had "a walk-out balcony with stunning views of the golf course." Thank you to the staff for honouring our request! "We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience."

"The lady who checked me in was very friendly, and proactively welcomed me. She quickly complied with my request for decaf coffee pods for the Keurig in the room. The room was very spacious. Although it seemed to be soundproofed, I could still hear the noise from a ballroom hall rental on the same second floor. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor."
