Located 2 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Papeete, the "Terepoe iti" enjoys a privileged location. You can easily reach the heart of Papeete with its market and the ferry terminal to Moorea.
In addition, the proximity of the highway will allow you to easily reach the beautiful white sand beaches of the west coast and the black sand beaches of the east coast.

The apartment of 90m2 (including a terrace of 20 m2) offers two air-conditioned bedrooms (beds 180x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The spacious living room is equipped with a sofa ideal for relaxing after a day of activities, and a connected TV with Netflix for your entertainment.
It is open to an equipped kitchen.
You can also enjoy a terrace.

Two parking spaces for cars will be at your disposal.

For a reservation of 1 to 2 people:
Room number 1, equipped with a large bed for two people, will be open and available.
You will also have access to all the other rooms of the house as well as the outdoor spaces.

For a reservation of 3 to 4 people:
In addition to room number 1, room number 2 will also be at your disposal.

The geographical location of this apartment is ideal for exploring Tahiti.
It is located at the gates of Papeete, close to all amenities:

8 minutes from downtown and the port of Papeete.
5 minutes from a Carrefour supermarket.
5 minutes from the airport.
16 minutes from the famous white sand beach (Vaiava Beach in Punaauia).
25 minutes from Venus Point with its lighthouse and famous black sand beach.

Access to the residence is through a secure gate equipped with a digital code.
In addition, the apartment door is equipped with a one-key box.
The access code as well as the welcome booklet will be communicated to you before your arrival to facilitate your installation.

To reach the residence, two options are available to you.
Rent a car, recommended option to fully enjoy your stay in Tahiti, especially as two parking spaces are at your disposal.
Take a taxi from the airport if you only need a transfer (about 3000 XPF per ride).

The Wifi is unlimited, with an optical fiber connection offering a speed of 100 Mb/s.

Towels, hair dryers and linens are provided.
Shower gel and shampoo are available for your comfort.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and detergent that you can use at your convenience.

We would like to remind you that electricity in French Polynesia represents a significant cost and that we are counting on your collaboration for the responsible use of electrical equipment, particularly air conditioning.
We therefore thank you for kindly asking:
• Use air conditioning only when you are present and at a reasonable temperature (ideally 26°C).
• Make sure to turn off electrical appliances and lights when you leave the accommodation.
• Close doors and windows when the air conditioning is on for better efficiency.
In the event of abnormally high consumption, an adjustment to fees may be applied.

The welcome booklet will be sent to you before your arrival to facilitate your installation.

Entry into the premises is autonomous with a secure keybox.
