"Very clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect for a continental breakfast, staff was out and about changing and update food items. Parking was free and an easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good with lots of food options close by. "

"We checked in late (after midnight) as we needed a pitstop during our road trip. Property is easy on/off I15 and away from the casinos. Staff during check in and check out were available, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was large and spotless and in great shape (very little wear/tear), and the beds firm and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight with multiple types of egg options (boiled, scrambled, sandwiches), waffles, cereal and oatmeal. "

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"It’s very pink here. It seemed like a lot of things were closed during the visit. The chocolate place and the wine bar were closed. Only thing open was the restaurant. They give guests a breakfast voucher. Had breakfast of avacado toast and the toast was super hard. The front desk staff was amazing! "

"No coffee in the rooms means you get up get dressed and find a coffee shop and the line was long just to get a cup of coffee or have sent to room was $48 for a pot of coffee plus tip"

"The breakfast choices were quite good. But for $300 a night, I expected a facility in better condition. My curtains had holes in them and I wasn't able to close them all the way. The bathroom had cracked tiles, the shower had mildew and leaked water under the door onto the floor. My room was next to the laundry and there was a lot of noise from that. Definitely not worth this price. "
