"They never sent me an access code to get into my room. The phone # provided to get help. just hung up on me when i called. There was another guest with the same nightmare. We lucked out because an employee just happened to show up and she had to look us up on her phone to give us codes. The cabin was stifling hot, and there wasn't any way to change the room temperature. I had to open the wibdow which made things very loud and windy. The television didn't work. "We stayed in one of the Superior Studios. It was on the top floor (2nd) an had a nice view out over the water. The inside was very nice, all very clean and well-provisioned. Lovely rain shower. One of the nicer places we've stayed in Iceland. We would definitely stay again"

"This was such a cool little cottage! Just far enough away from the city but still close enough to restaurants and anything you might need. Beautiful waterfalls and other sites are just a short drive away! Kitchen had everything you might need for a few days and the beds in the bedroom were very comfy.
