"The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by an issue with the air conditioning in Room 209.
When we arrived, the room remained at 80°F despite the AC being on. We contacted the front desk, and maintenance came to inspect it. We then left the hotel for a while, hoping the issue had been resolved. However, when we returned, the room was still 80°F and the air conditioning was not working.
