"It’s a sketchy part but there’s ample parking. I found the room floor to be gross- crumbs, other stuff. Nobody has swept it. The floors in the hallway had a spot where it felt like it would cave in, and it’s loud when you walk. Workers were friendly, breakfast had cereal and a waffle maker with juice and stuff."

"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10.
