A vacation home in a quiet location at the Extertal Vacation Park. <br><br>This fully equipped, non-smoking vacation home, furnished in a Scandinavian style, is bright and cozy. <br><br>You can reach your vacation home from the on-site parking lot. It is spread over two levels and features 3 separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed), a living room with an open kitchen, a separate hallway, and a bathroom.<br>The bright living room features a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 5 people, a large smart TV, and a wood-burning stove.<br><br>The vacation home has a wood-burning stove capable of heating the entire house. A basic supply of firewood and fire starters is already provided in the vacation home. Additionally, electric heating or electric floor heating is available in every room.<br><br>The seating area can be used as an additional sleeping area. <br><br>From the living room, you have direct access to your beautiful terrace and garden with a view over the Exter Valley, which invites you to linger. <br><br>The kitchen, which is open to the living room, features, among other things, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and many other essential kitchen appliances. <br><br>The bedroom adjacent to the living room is equipped with ample storage space and a large LCD TV. <br>The other two bedrooms (one with an LCD TV) are located on the upper floor and adjoin a beautiful sideboard. Here, you can retreat and read a book in peace and quiet.<br><br>The large property offers a great view of the surrounding area. You can also use your own barrel sauna in the garden at any time (electric heater).<br><br>The Busch vacation homes are located in the Extertal Vacation Park between the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest. Our nature-inspired homes are situated right next to beautiful hiking trails through forests, meadows, and mountains, from where you can set out on a hike or a stroll. <br><br>The 4,000-square-meter activity park—featuring soccer, a goal wall, table tennis, volleyball, an XXL sandbox, foosball, chess, Connect Four, and more—is available to you free of charge.<br><br>From the vacation park, you can easily reach up to 40 attractions by car. <br>The surrounding area is also ideal for cycling and mountain biking. <br><br>Popular destinations include Hamelin, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont, and Hanover.<br><br>You may bring up to 5 guests.<br>Smoking is not permitted in the vacation homes. Pets are not allowed.<br>Electricity costs are billed at 0.50 EUR/kWh based on consumption.<br><br>A private parking space is, of course, available to you free of charge. You are welcome to reserve additional parking spaces through us.
