"The holiday inn shuttle didnt pick us up at midnight even though we were waiting at the designated area. When I called the front desk, they told me to get a taxi and tell the driver that the hotel would pay and they did! Not only that, since we needed to get to the airport early at 730 and their shuttle was full they arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport! The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of 2 tired travelers!"

Property owner went above and beyond, when I sent my teenage son who lost the his phone so had no communication with me or anyone else, the property owner arranged transportation to and from airport and even offered to get him food. "I stayed for 6 days at Stratos Vassilikos Hotel this year. Everything was great, and the complementary hairstyling service right in the hotel was incredible - making me look so good in the sightseeing pictures. I rate this hotel higher than the Crowne plaza (5-star), and probably higher than the Marriot in downtown Athens. I absolutely loved the Stratos Vassilikos Hotel."

"I asked for 2 separate beds and they gave me one bed although when I booked online they confirmed my booking and I complained they said to me it depends on availability. I am not happy with that hotel at all and I will never go back . Breakfast was a big deal I stayed in other hotels before and their breakfast was the best . Lots of selections and fresh squeezed orange juice and made to order traditional Greek coffee ."
