Luxury Cottage In Christow.

Little Beck is a luxury Dartmoor Cottage, situated in the beautiful Devon village of Christow. The property offers two king sized bedrooms and a spacious twin, all furnished with high quality waffle weave cotton bedding. Both the king rooms are equipped with wall mounted televisions with integrated DVD players. The cottage has two bathrooms finished in natural stone, one featuring a large walk in shower and the other with a centred double bath. Little Beck also features a solid wood kitchen, with natural stone flooring and an eating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Range oven, integrated dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer dispensing cool water and ice on those long summer days. The large living/dining room features a wood burning stove and a dining table seating 6. The property is fully equipped with WiFi and has a washing machine. At the rear is a small south facing garden and at the front another area of garden adjoins the private parking for up to three vehicles. The whole property has been finished to a very high standard with beautiful individual furnishings throughout and this attention to detail extends to the pile of fresh scones and clotted cream or cake which will greet you on arrival!

Comfortable cottage in lovely area

The cottage is comfortable and spacious with plenty of sitting and eating space for 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped - wonderful to have easy to use appliances! The host is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to others.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this cottage. We wanted somewhere home from home for 23rd December to 28th. It was just me, my husband and our dog. We were spoilt for choice as to places to visit and coming back to the cottage and spending time in the large lounge with the fire going was bliss. We would highly recommend this cottage. The host was extremely friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely be back! Leaving with extremely fond memories of a lovely Christmas spent here.

Excellent holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house is lovely and very well equipped. Plenty of parking on driveway and nice enclosed garden with lawn for our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location

We found this cottage ideally situated. The house was spacious (even larger than it appears on the pictures), extremely well equipped and incredibly comfortable. We loved our stay. The cottage is within easy reach of lovely coastlines, beautiful villages with great pubs, the incredible Dartmoor National Park and lots of great activities. We particularly enjoyed Hay Tor, the Paignton to Dartmouth steam train, Canonteign and Splashdown Aqua Park. Devon offers so much whatever the weather. We would love to visit this part of the country and this beautiful cottage again. We miss it already

Beautiful and Cozy Cottage

We had a lovely week at the cottage, and it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Very clean with everything we needed to feel like at home. Nice and quiet area and the pub is just a few minutes walk. We highly recommend this cottage.

Summer get away

A lovely break to Christow with family. Quiet location and beautiful house to stay in. Playing fields and skate park opposite was a big hit with the kids. Would recommend to couples or families.

Perfect Home on the edge of the Moors

Such a perfect home for our family. We came from California for winter vacation. We wanted to stay close to Dartmoor. The location allowed us quick access. Christow is a such a sweet little town. The home was exactly as represented in the photos, even a sweet Christmas tree for the season. Beyond clean, great quality with the furniture, the linens and the biggest towels I have ever had in England. I am so excited that we chose this location out of the several we had thought about. Great communication with Michelle. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home

Perfect little cottage

On arrival we were very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. The standard of fixtures and fittings , furniture and soft furnishings is very high. The cottage is decorated in such a way as to make it feel cosy and homely. The location was perfect for us to visit our family in Exeter and Kingsteignton and to explore the beautiful area. Will will definitely book again.

Lovely house with everything needed for a comfortable stay !

As we were attending a family wedding with our two grown up sons we spent little time in the house however, it afforded us a comfortable night’s rest and we enjoyed our breakfasts together. The village is very quiet and peaceful and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.

Lovely cottage in good location

We have just spent a week at Little Beck, this being our first visit to Devon. The cottage is lovely - very clean, comfortable and cosy with everything the 3 of us (plus our dog) needed for our visit. The cream tea left for our arrival was well received! We had a superb week of good weather and found Christow a good base to explore the local area and some of the south Devon coast. We would definitely come back here if we holidayed in this area again.
