The various rooms in the property are spread across the ground floor and first floor. With its five bedrooms and various living areas, the house can comfortably accommodate groups whilst offering several spaces where guests can socialise or enjoy a quieter moment.

On the ground floor, you will find:
– A fully air-conditioned kitchen, equipped and designed for group stays. Together with its adjoining area, it features two fridge-freezers as well as a range of appliances for enjoying convivial meals together. A dishwasher, kettles, toaster, ovens and a microwave, washing machine, high chair and baby chairs, ironing board and iron are also available.

You can also enjoy the surrounding countryside for walks and strolls. The house’s location makes it easy to alternate between days of exploring and moments of relaxation on site.

Transport:
We recommend that you come by car. You can park directly in the house’s private, fenced-off car park (5 spaces for all types of vehicle).

The nearest railway station is Longueville, about 7 km away, which can be reached by bus (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house).

– Pets are welcome free of charge (maximum 2 pets). Please specify this when booking. Pets are not permitted on sofas or beds
– For the owners’ security, the property is fitted with security cameras (overlooking the garden, the garden furniture area and the car park), which are active only when the property is not being let. These will be deactivated during your stay.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– To ensure peace and quiet for everyone, the property is fitted with a noise level detector (decibels). Out of respect for the neighbours, parties, gatherings and any form of noise disturbance are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction.
