We are excited to host your memories here in this beautiful 5 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full bath house. This unique house has 2 floors and each floor has a full bathroom and full equipped kitchen. This property works great for wedding parties, large families or any large group that want proximity close to BOSTON. This property has been renovated throughout. Enjoy the spacious bedrooms. Each floor has 2 TV for entertainment. You don’t want to pass on this invaluable experience.

The home was spacious enough for the 10 family members to sleep comfortably in beds; we had 6 in the upper duplex and 4 in the lower duplex. We had all the items we needed from cooking utensils to two refrigerators to four TVs to window AC units in each room to two bathrooms. It was renovated nicely. The host made the process of accessing the home easy. The location was close to the extended family we came to visit. We did have a miscommunication about off street parking. Prior to booking the stay, I had asked about off street parking and was told there was room for three vehicles in the driveway. In retrospect, I should have let the host know after the booking, that we’d have three vehicles. When we arrived, two of his vehicles were in the driveway which allowed room for only two of our vehicles. The host was very responsive, but unfortunately he was out of town for the first two days of our stay. This required us to park on the street over night. The worry with that was from 12 am to 6am you needed a parking permit to street park. Luckily, we did not get a ticket! Also, there is not a washer or dryer, so be aware that you will need to use the same towels the entire stay, unless you want to make a trip to the laundry mat. We were unable to find a large grocery store in Everett, only convenient stores. Overall, it was a good place for us.

Great Graduation Weekend

Wonderful property. Charles was incredibly responsive. Definitely would stay there again. The listing says A/C, but it is not central air, just window units in two of the bedrooms. Other than that, perfect!

Great Location!

The house was very nice and the location was great. We were close to Boston, Salem, Lexington, Concord, and Waltham (all the places we visited). We didn't realize until a few days before, but there was a park behind the house. This was great because we had 4 kids with us, one of whom is a toddler. We spent a lot of free time at the playground.The host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We rented the entire house as we had 11 of us there. At times we were all on one floor for joint meals and there was plenty of room. We also liked having the separation of lower and upper floors so the families could come and go as they pleased without disturbing the other.I'd rent from Charles again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly attentive and gracious, making the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Miss Represented listing

The interior of the home is beautiful & AMIZINGLY Decorated however the listing of the # of beds is incorrect by 5 beds!!! And there is only $26. Also the backyard and the view off th patio is terrible it is inner city area.

Perfect for large groups

Pros- Ease of check in and check out was great. Communication with the host was fantastic. Host was very prompt to respond and very friendly and helpful. Home was very clean! It was a great space for a large group but you should know that it’s not one large home… it’s 2 units that are accessible through a common entryway. Downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms. Both units have their own living room, dining area and kitchen. Would be perfect for 2 families that want to stay together but still have their own space. Cons- if you go in cold months and need to use the heater at night (or anytime), the noises that come from the basement and the noises from the heater in each bedroom is absolutely crazy! We are from CA so maybe this is normal but the extremely loud noises lasted for hours at night which prevented us from being able to fall asleep or get a good nights rest. There were not enough linens and blankets to use the pull out couches. There only enough towels for each guest to have 1 for the entire stay (5 nights). We ran out of basic supplies (toilet paper and paper towels) 3 days in to our 5 night stay. The host was quick to respond to our request for more and kindly restocked while we were out for the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the host and their response to all of our inquiries. Would reccomend!
