La Visitandine, a charming Provencal house in the heart of Sainte Anne d'Evenos

La Visitandine is the perfect place for lovers of buildings steeped in history, old stones and a natural environment.
Nestled on the heights of the village of Sainte Anne d'Evenos, while being close to amenities, the Maison de la Miellerie can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office room and a mezzanine.
The house develops 160m2 spread over 3 levels, with a toilet on each floor.
It is composed as follows:

• on the first floor: a very well equipped kitchen, a bright dining room, with a large table, a sofa and a flat screen. A separate toilet is available. A laundry room completes this set.
• on the first floor: a beautiful bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large bathroom with toilet, and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds
• on the second floor: a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large bathroom with toilet, an office and a mezzanine.
The authentic character of the residence is undeniable, in particular by the conservation of the old quality materials that make all the charm of Provençal houses: old terracotta tiles, exposed stone walls, plaster niches and railings, old open fireplaces.
The thickness of the stone walls keeps the interior of the house cool despite the hot summer days.
The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
The exteriors of the house have also retained their charm of yesteryear, thanks to the many species of flowers that can be admired throughout the year.
To enjoy the beautiful days outside, the house has two terraces, one of which is covered out of sight, and equipped with an electric grill and plancha.

The land is fully enclosed

Several spaces are available on a private parking lot in the property.

For the well-being of all, parties are not allowed within the Visitandine.

Outdoor music is not allowed after 22:00.
