"The property was located in a nice neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. We were not able to locate a washer and dryer but other than that, all amenities were as described. Communication with the property manager was top tier! He was super responsive and friendly. This is a basement unit and our upstairs neighbors did not observe the quiet hours, so just know you may hear some noise from upstairs.
