The Lake House is a beautiful, cozy and a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Fully equipped kitchen, 70" smart TV with cable and Netflix, game room and covered parking space.

If you seek beauty in a tranquil serene setting, but only minutes from downtown Mt. Dora (2.75mi) and downtown Eustis (2.25mi) then this new lake home fits the bill!

Located on a dead end street with no houses in front of you and a beautiful peaceful lake at your backdoor, your home away from home has it all!

Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee while the moon slips beneath the horizon as night becomes day while watching a flock of ducks swim lazily on the shimmering waters of the lake.

During the day you and your family/friends will have plenty to keep you busy whether it's having an enjoyable time playing in the game room, or watching an entertaining Netflix movie on the large 70" TV with the theater quality sound system. Perhaps you just want to relax and have an interesting conversation while enjoying your favorite music on the state of the art entertainment system, it's all here at The Lake House!

As evening approaches enjoy the sun setting over the lake as the colors of the sky take on a breath taking hue that is reflected in the quite waters of the lake, Sit back in comfort in your deck chair while enjoying that special glass of wine.

Then as evening turns to night enjoy one of the two large lake view bedrooms situated at opposite ends of the home giving you the privacy you desire, with large walk-in shower bathrooms adjacent to each bedroom. It's all here in this beautiful lake home!

Amazing Lake House

Everything was great. We had no complaints. We are planning a return trip next year for a longer period of time.

5 stars for house and location even wheelchair friendly

The house is exactly as pictured with wide open living room and kitchen, the wide doors came in handy for our manual wheelchair. House is stocked with the basics you need. The beds were great, towels were clean and soft; there was even shampoo. The view of the pond was peaceful for morning coffee.There is a great walking park right across the main road out front with a gate for access if you like morning walks and nature. It is 7-10 mins drive for almost anything you need locally. We will definitely stay if we come back to the area.
