El dormitorio principal está en el nivel principal y tiene una cama KING BED, baño privado, piso laminado de madera, puertas corredizas de vidrio para una gran terraza de 10x40 y televisor de 25 pulgadas. Segundo y tercer dormitorio están abajo y tienen camas queen. Tambi�����n en la planta baja hay una sala de estar con ba��o completo, MESA DE PISCINA, sof�� cama Queen, puertas corredizas de vidrio para una gran terraza de 10x40 con sombra, TV de 27 pulgadas y DVD / VCR. La sala de estar tiene techos abovedados, piso laminado de madera, medio baño y televisor LCD de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. Good for large group with low expectations

The best things going for this house are that it has 3 full bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, along with hot tub. The place is stuck in the 80s with mismatched, older furniture that could use a major update. The worst part was zero communication via the VRBO app. No phone calls or messages replied to, even emergency number not answered. The only communication was via my junk mailbox. So much potential, and easy fixes.

Great location

This is a very roomy house in a great location. It is a pet friendly house so we didn't expect it to be exceptionally clean. But the carpets of the entire downstairs are completely saturated in urine stains. The smell was overwhelming and we even brought/have pets. Me The check-in email was thorough and asked us to notify them of concerns, but we never got a response from them. Not when checking in, addressing an issue, or when checking out.

First of all let me say the location of the property is awesome. It’s in a great neighborhood with a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were deer just steps away from the back deck. My two boys really enjoyed the pool table. However, unfortunately this property needs very basic maintenance. I would say it was clean-ish. You can definitely tell they hit the high spots. But, this unit is in need of a deep clean. There’s things that you just do not expect when renting a short term rental. And it’s things that cost next to nothing to remedy. For example, the shower curtain downstairs was moldy. It takes almost no money or time to replace that. There are cobwebs in the corners and along the ceiling. Again, this place needs a deep clean and the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. Another issue, the two bedrooms downstairs do not have tvs in them. So if your kids are like mine and sleep with the tv on, just know there aren’t any in those two bedrooms. There are no cleaning products in the unit. Not even a multipurpose spray to wipe down the counters after you cook and eat. There is literally nothing to tidy up after yourself with. Speaking of the kitchen, if you plan to cook bring your own pots and pans. These really need to be replaced. Not only were they dirty, I mean food cakes around the pans, they were rusted and unusable. This place was fine for two nights. But honestly I would not rebook.

Perfect Birthday Vacation

Secluded in a cute little cove, very spacious. Loved the nature and close proximity to the water. Deer were right next to the driveway. Awesome neighbor lady showed me her perfect lake view. We all had a great time.

Great property for price!

Check in/ checkout was very easy and simple rules for clean up at checkout. Hot tub was excellent! Beds were not comfortable and the cleanliness could’ve been better. We ended up not sleeping in the master king size bed due to it being so hard. A simple memory foam mattress topper for added comfort would be an inexpensive fix and updating the sheets is definitely a must. There were BBs, like from a BB gun, all in the carpet and long black hair in the showers so it does not appear that it was properly vacuumed and cleaned. Downstairs needs a new shower curtain liner as well due to some slight mildew. For the size of the house and how many it sleeps, it was an excellent price and we enjoyed our stay. Some minor updates and it would be perfect!

It was a beautiful home and perfect for our needs! Love the neighborhood and location! The internet password did not work and signal is not strong out there so good thing we didn’t need internet for work or anything. Hot was nice and pool table was fun!! Overall we would stay again!

The house was dirty

The house was in a great neighborhood, however the cleanliness of the house was terrible. The carpets were stained up, animal food under furniture (we didn't have animals with us), mold on the shower curtains. When we notified the company they didn't have anything to say besides when the staff cleans they don't always have time to move furniture to make sure to clean anything. We will not stay there again, very disappointed and wasn't offered compensation even when we sent pictures of the issues.

Bedrooms were spread out for more privacy and beds were very comfortable. Pool table and hot tub were great for adult enjoyment. Very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults. Definitely recommend.

Very nice property!

Property was outfitted with all we needed and had a nice back deck for us to enjoy. A cousin even enjoyed the hot tub even though it was 100 degrees outside lol. Very clean and tidy. A bit outdated and the water pressure in the downstairs bathroom sink was almost nil. No problems with the showers or running out of hot water even though there were 5 adults and a teen. Would definitely recommend.

Worked well for our group

This house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The under 25 crowd really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen suited our needs well and we managed to cook several yummy meals. Only thing missing was sugar for the hot drinks. Hubby got the Christmas tree from the garage and put his engineer mind to work to get the lights working. ..special bonus since we were there for a Christmas destination wedding. Eureka Springs is a great town to wander around in for a couple of days. The Sun Fest grocery store was very convenient. There were adequate pillows, blankets and towels for all. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations.

The house was nice, however last year we stayed at this same location. There is a very Dangerous wire fence/gate leading to the yard, I reported it last year and nothing was done to fix it. I would hope that this is repaired/fixed before someone gets hurt.

Great location

This was a great size for our family. Take your pillows. Theirs were flat but we let them know they need replaced. Only has 6 bath towels & wash cloths. So maybe bring extra. Just a bit musty smell in lower level. We were only there a couple of nights and it worked perfect for what we needed. Would rent again.

Lots of positives, four adults stayed here comfortably with the 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Beds were comfortable. Updating the TVs and a new coffee maker ( Keurig maybe? ) and this place would be really nice.
