We are proud to provide our newer luxurious waterfront Homestead House with hot tub, boat dock, swim deck, and covered boat slips available! Sits on 15 acres of beautifully manicured lakefront property with AMAZING views of Beaver Lake, and the surrounding Ozark Mountains! 1900 sq ft of PURE LUXURY! Two bedroom, two incredible baths, large double head glassed showers, freestanding soaking tub, full kitchen-fully equipped, fireplace, large, open living room, island bar, three decks, gas grill and 7-person high end HOT TUB...JUST 120 ft from the water's edge/boat dock, swim deck! Coin op laundry next to our office, not available inside the unit. Bring your boat we have large, covered slips available! Don't have a boat? Rent fishing boats, pontoons, paddle boats at nearby Starkey Marina. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and drop off at our dock with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, trout and walleye fishing at the beautiful, White River just 2 miles drive. Enjoy all the activities in downtown, historic Eureka Springs...just 9 miles drive. PLEASE NOTE: We normally require a three-night minimum stay and full rates during summer months, special events and holidays; please inquire! PLEASE NOTE: We are not charging a separate cleaning fee. The cabin was spotless, cosy, warm and inviting, we immediately ended up booking an additional night as we were so impressed by it. There is so much space and the attention to detail is immaculate. The hot tub and outdoor areas are so well laid out and such a joy to be in - we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back

Great place for a lake getaway

A beautiful home with a beautiful view of a beautiful lake. This home was perfect for two couples to stay for a few nights away. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping coffee while reading on the house deck. Fishing off the dock was nice as well. The walk to the dock is quite steep but doable.

Beautiful cabin and location.

Cabin is beautiful, views are amazing. A few things that we found to be inconvenient are as follows: no washer and dryer in the cabin, must use laundry mat. Very very low water pressure in the master bath sinks, and HOT water took forever to get going throughout the cabin. Hot tub temperature locked at 100° and on average 102-103° is preferred especially in cooler months. Back door leading out to back porch is super difficult to open and the lock doesn't seem to actually lock. Hall bath shower temperature dial is backwards so to get hot water you need to actually turn it to cold.

Wonderful place to stay!

Incredible views! Cabin was spacious and clean. It overlooked the lake and has a great dock. It is in a great location with easy access. Short drive to Eureka springs and the river, if you plan on getting some good fishing in. We plan on coming back in the spring!

Great location

We stayed here as a quick getaway. It was in the perfect spot not too far away from home for us but far enough away to help us relax. The property is easy to get to. If you forget anything, there’s a great store that has some essentials and some gifts as well. The views are great and quite a few deer were seen. Definitely a great choice. We will be back.

Fantastic get away

My husband and I needed a few days of rest. This place was magnificent! Exactly what we needed. The Homestead Home had everything we needed and did not want to leave. We booked another trip for fall. Breath taking lake view with incredible sunsets. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful view and property

The place is even better than the pictures.The view of the lake is spectacular and the property was spotless. Everything we needed was right there. If we ever return to the area, this will be where we stay in a heartbeat.

Awesome place!

What a great cabin! It had it all: amazing views, nice furnishings, easy check-in and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone trying to get away from it all for a few days. Hopefully we can come back soon!
