2200 sq ft of PURE LUXURY!! This incredible unit is the premier nightly rental on Beaver Lake! The Treetop Penthouse Suite encompasses the entire top level of our office and features three separate bedrooms (2 King bedrooms, 3rd bedroom can be setup as a King or 2 Twin beds (let us know when you reserve how you would like 3rd bedroom setup), Two amazing baths with large, glassed showers with double shower heads, large, Jacuzzi for two with FULL 180 degree views of the lake, full-fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, chef quality cookware/hand painted dishware, 6 person aspen/cedar log table and 4 person island bar. The large living room has a full stone gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa with air dream mattress, and SAT HD Flatscreen TV/DVD. There are four decks, an 8-person HOT TUB, Swingasan chair swings, table and chairs, large gas grill and the MOST INCREDIBLE FULL 180-degree view of Beaver Lake and the surrounding mountain side just 500 ft from the water's edge with boat dock, swimming, fishing and sun deck. Hike the Trail to the dock OR drive down and park (recommended).
PLEASE NOTE: There are 17 wide, gentle-incline, enclosed steps to access this unit, it's worth the climb! Cabin also features: Central AC/Heat and free Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 8 (strictly enforced).

Weekend at cabin

The cabin and the view were perfect for our friend’s birthday party! We loved it. All accommodations were available to us. We just chilled out there for a couple days. I didn’t see anywhere in the listing that the office was directly below the treehouse suite, made it feel like we had to be quiet and reserved. We tried to make sure we left it just how we arrived to it.

Stunning View

This place is gorgeous!!! Peaceful stay in a relaxing environment!! Great if you want to cook out and enjoy some alone time. The spa outdoors was a treat. We enjoyed seeing Eureka Springs but the lake had our heart. The hostess went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!!

Beyond expectation

We knew this was going to be a nice place with amazing views , but this place far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and clean , so peaceful , great location. Saw deer right off of our balcony daily Quaint town with nice people. Tree top is gorgeous with endless amenities.

Tree Top Cabin

Our cabin was above the office/store - which we enjoyed. We had a picture perfect view, the convenience of the store below - our whole stay was amazing. It was a trek to get to Eureka (more because of the winding roads than the actual mileage), but we preferred the calm and quiet of the lake to the hustle and bustle of staying in town. The cabin had everything you could want or need - it was beautifully decorated and had gorgeous views. It was peaceful and relaxing stay!

Very nice property with several cabin options. Good layout ensures privacy and views for all. Easy experience from booking, pre-arrival communication, checking in and out. Sat on the deck and enjoyed seeing the deer every evening. We will return!

Eureka Bliss !!

Absolutely the best view and cabin rental ever. Extremely well appointed cabin with views to die for. The beds were so comfortable! We really enjoyed the lake. Starkey marina was so close and boat rentals were so easy! We will return!!

Cheers to 30 years

We celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Tree Top Suite and it had beautiful views. Everything was as described and would love to come back. The only thing awkward about our stay was you could hear conversations going on downstairs in the store. Thank goodness the store hours aren’t that long. Beautiful Place!

Perfect getaway

Amazing Anniversary Weekend

We had an amazing long weekend in Eureka Springs! Hands down the best views on Beaver Lake. Donna met us at check-in and was so warm and welcoming, we knew we picked the correct location. There were only four of us, so the Treetop Suite had plenty of room. Each room had a comfy king bed and soft fluffy robes in the closet for guest use. We spent most evenings on the deck in the hot tub taking in the lake views! If you like to cook while on vacation, the kitchen has plenty of space and all the necessities. If you wanted recommendations for restaurants or activities Donna was happy to offer suggestions! Overall a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful property with a stunning view!

My family really enjoyed Lakeshore Cabins. The property owners are top-notch at running their business and ensuring all details are attended to to help ensure guests have a good visit. The Treetop Suite is spacious, well-equipped, and the view can't be beat. Features like the hot tub and the hanging chairs on the awesome patio were fun additions. I thought it might be a little odd to be in the same building as the office, but it was not a problem at all. In fact, it was handy for my son to buy some snacks and to check out DVDs. Although we knew going in to the rental that the wifi would be slow, it was more challenging than what we expected since our mobile service (T-Mobile) also is spotty at the lake. A good trade-off all in all to stay at such a beautiful place. We hope to visit again sometime. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect and overall convenient!

The only problem for us was not being able to stay longer! We travel in from Tulsa which took us about 2.5 hours. We stayed in the Penthouse Cabin above the gift shop and were blown away by how beautiful it was. We cooked every night and were very grateful the kitchen supplied everything we needed. The grill and hot tub were wonderful amenities and we never got tired of the view and scenery. We were on the deck looking out over the lake and hills every moment we could. The bedrooms were set up with 3 king beds and the living room sofa was a pullout bed (with a blow up mattress and a provided pump) so we had plenty of space for 7 adults and a baby. The trail down to the swim dock was a really neat walk and a very short walk but VERY steep. It would be challenging to carry anything up and down the trail so we found it easier to drive down (about 3 minutes). Having access to the swim and boat dock was very convenient as we rented a boat one day and really appreciated having such quick access to the cabin. We absolutely loved our stay and Donna was a phenomenal host. She truly made us feel welcome and comfortable asking for anything we needed no matter what time of day. Additionally, we were 15 minutes from Eureka Springs and 5 minutes from Starkey Marina where we rented our boat. We have already recommended this place to others and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful place

It was a beautiful place with an absolutely gorgeous view. Loved the deck with the swinging chairs and the hot tub. The only thing that wasn’t great was how long it took to get anywhere. Even though it is less than 10 miles it took like 25-30 minutes to get anywhere on the windiest roads ever so I didn’t love that about the location.

Loved this property! The view was absolutely stunning. The suite was provided very high quality, nice supplies. Only downside.... on a fairly busy road, need to drive a distance to get to stores and/or restaurants so just be prepared and pack you supplies as well did. Did have some very noisy spring break college group below us so I was wishing someone was on site to manage that ( and maybe there was but it was unknown to me ) but we shut the windows and turned and the fan and drowned them out.

This has truly been one of the best stays ever! Emaculate accomodations and wonderful hospitality.

Everything about this experience was 1st class. The pictures on the website simply don't do it justice. It's simply one of those places one must see and experience in person. My husband and I will definitely be returning soon!
