Absolutely quiet apartment between Munich and the Alps

Our spacious, 58 m ² apartment is a granny flat in the first Floor in a large country house. It is located 7 km east of Lake Starnberg in an absolutely quiet residential area in Eurasburg. The apartment is bright (south / west orientation), friendly and modern, accessible via a separate entrance. It has a bright 35 m² large living room with large satellite TV and stereo, W-Lan on request, bathroom with bath / shower and toilet, wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven / extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee maker , Fridge with freezer - no dishwasher), own washing machine in the cellar. Bedroom (double bed) large balcony (table, 2 chairs) with nice views to the garden. A bed for a younger people, to 15 years can be provided in the living room for an extra charge of 10 € / day. For a baby / toddler there is a free bed with the dimensions 70x140cm.

Eurasburg is halfway between Munich
 (35 km) and the mountains.
You can reach us via the A95 motorway in about 20 minutes from Munich city limits.

Shop in a health food store in the village

Rental only for non-smokers, no pets. Minimum stay 4 days.

Numerous leisure and sports facilities such as hiking, biking, several golf courses, z. B. Beuerberg 4 km away, skiing, z. B. Lenggries 35 km away.

Know ideal destinations around the Bavarian Oberland: Lake Starnberg, Ammersee, Staffelsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bad Tolz (nice market street with old houses, many shops and restaurants)

Die Wohnung war schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen, die Küchenausstattung sehr spatanisch. Eine gründliche Reinigung der Räume (Spinngewebe) und besonders das Bad (Fliesen, Dusche, Toilette etc.) ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und bei der Auswahl von Ausflügen sehr hilfsbereit.

Besonders nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber; Rosi und Dieter. Die Wohnung verfügt über Alles, was Sie für einen schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt benötigen. Als Rückzugsort zum Entspannen war ich sehr glücklich und zufrieden, diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Die Umgebung ist besonders schön und zum Radfahren geeignet; Spaziergänge im Wald usw. Meine Gastgeber gaben Tipps für Reisen in die weitere Umgebung. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub.

Für unsere Ausflüge in die Städte wie Füssen, Bad Tölz und Garmisch-Partenkirchen sowie zu den oberbayerischen Seen war Eurasburg ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Trotz der zentralen Lage befindet sich die Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Blick vom Balkon in den großen gepflegten Garten und den dahinter liegenden Wald lädt nach den Ausflügen zu einem gemütlichen Tagesausklang ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bietet viel Platz und wenn man nicht jeden Tag Essen gehen möchte, findet man in der Küche alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Ideal sind auch die Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmerfenster und der Terrassentür. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hatten in einer Mappe ausführliche und ansprechende Informationen zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und sogar Notfallkontakte zusammengestellt und waren auch jederzeit persönlich für Auskünfte und interessante Tipps ansprechbar. Als Gast spürt man, dass es Dieter und Rosi Karsten wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment located within the hosts home. We had our own entrance, could park in the driveway, had great communication (on-line and in-person) with the host (spoke German and English) and loved the neighborhood. Just 6 or so KM from the train station to access Munich. Grocery store nearby allowed easy food shopping. Would highly recommend for access to Munich and Bavarian Alps, though a bit father away.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen und ruhigen Ort. Von dort kann man schöne Ausflüge machen. Ein Buch lesen auf dem gemütlichen Balkon war auch sehr schön. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer gute Tipps für Ausflüge hatten und in der Wohnung hat es uns an nicht gefehlt. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub

Schon beim Check-In waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Wohnung ist großzügig und sauber. Der Balkon hat einen schönen Blick auf den wunderbaren Garten mit viel Blütenpracht. Auch diverse Ausflugsziele (Wolfratshausen, Starnberger See, etc.) waren von hier aus gut und schnell zu erreichen. Für Fans der Fernsehserie "Hubert und/ohne Staller" sowieso ein Muss, da man viele Drehorte finden kann, z.B. das "Kaffee Rattlinger" und den Sebastianisteig in Wolfratshausen sowie weitere Orte in der Umgebung.

Wir haben Anfang Juli 9 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön und groß und absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend mit Rad oder Auto haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.,

Everything about renting this property went very smoothly, from the initial sign-up to checking in to our entire stay. Dieter and Rosie are wonderful hosts, providing just the right amount of information and interaction. This property is beautiful, clean, functional, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is easy to work in. We so enjoyed our time at this location (which is perfect for accessing Bavaria, especially if you don't wish to stay in Munich) and with Dieter and Rosie who are such fun and interesting hosts.
