The Neighborhood:

This home is nestled in the Friendly Area Neighborhood. A safe, family-friendly part of town. It's very spacious and perfect for walks. Westmoreland Park is about a half mile away, as is Friendly Street Market, Friendly Park and The Garden on Friendly (a fun and hip food cart eatery). It's a 10-15 minute drive (or less) to most Eugene destinations.



Getting Around:

Easy access to multiple bus routes, close to Amazon bike path, and a short drive to downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon campus. A car is recommended for many tasks.
