  • Este elegante apartamento lo tiene todo. Vistas de la ciudad, vistas de Hilltop, privacidad a pocos minutos de Autzen, Hayward Field y el centro de la zona central. Con nuestra villa obtendrás más que solo un lugar para descansar por la noche. La envoltura expansiva privada alrededor del patio le ofrece un gran lugar para su café de la mañana. Por la noche, siéntese en nuestras sillas acolchadas con una copa de vino y vea cómo se pone el sol. ¿Tienes tiempo para leer? El jardín de meditación con una fuente tranquila y una vista al bosque es el lugar ideal.

    La sala de estar es maravillosamente espaciosa, con un sofá de cuero y muchos asientos. La chimenea eléctrica agrega el toque perfecto a medida que el sol comienza a ponerse. La vista desde las puertas francesas dobles puede ser impresionante y cambia con las estaciones. La villa tiene aproximadamente 700 pies para que no te sientas lleno de gente.

    El apartamento se utiliza sólo para los huéspedes; por lo tanto, no encontrará ninguno de nuestros artículos personales allí. (Vivimos en la casa de arriba) El apartamento tiene entrada privada.
    El dormitorio tiene espacio de almacenamiento para colgar la ropa y el espacio en los cajones. Las batas de tejido de gofres son perfectas si tienes tiempo para relajarte.

    Para el tercer o cuarto huésped, la cama eléctrica inflable se puede instalar en la sala de estar. (Una pequeña tarifa si es necesario para un segundo invitado. El armario de la sala se puede usar para colgar la ropa.)

    Cuarto de baño moderno tiene bañera ducha combo.

    Amplia cocina con lavaplatos, refrigerador, cafetera Keurig y por goteo, estufa.

    Te dejamos una canasta de bienvenida de la primera mañana para que no tengas que correr a una tienda.

    La envoltura expansiva alrededor del patio privado se mantiene fresca en verano ya que la casa está construida en la colina. Un montón de sillas exteriores para disfrutar de la vista. Mesa de comedor ubicada junto al jardín arbolado que llamamos La Gruta.

    Apartamento se encuentra abajo de un tramo de escaleras. Mi esposo y yo vivimos en el último piso de la casa. TENGA EN CUENTA. Estamos en una colina empinada que ofrece una gran vista, sin embargo, debido a esto NO HAY NIÑOS MENORES DE 12 AÑOS POR FAVOR.

    Para estancias de 5 o más días podemos proporcionar servicio de lavandería.

This was the best VRBO place we have ever stayed at. Our host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It is located in a great neighborhood and was close to the University of Oregon campus and restaurants and hiking trails. We came for a track meet at Hayward Field and we had a great time at our place. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The back porch was beautiful and the sunsets were stunning. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible weekend staying here. The location was extremely convenient and felt like an escape, the views were incredible. The welcome basket was a nice little treat as well. Our host was more than accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be wanting to stay here the next time we are in town.

Perfect Stay in a Prime Location!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property and it exceeded all my expectations. The place was immaculately clean and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We Loved everything about our relaxing stay ! Beautiful and clean apartment property with spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms. The decor was lovely. Close to everything in Eugene and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals in when we wanted. The beds were fantastic-I slept like a rock the night before a big race (which never happens!)The owner Vicki sent communications several days in advance with instructions and a few helpful tips about the area. She was very kind and provided immediate responses to my questions. The outside patio is stunning. Beautiful flowers, hummingbirds and butterflies cover the view from the back. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next time if it is available!!

Great view and patio

Such a cute place. I loved the view and patio. Its very private and they have a lovely meditation garden with fountain. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was a perfect small place for my visit with family in Eugene.

Perfect getaway

Property is nicer in person than the photos show. Very well maintained and constructed home with beautiful art and furnishings. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful. Loved being able to stay here while moving my son to Eugene.

This incredible stay started with a thoughtful, warm, welcoming host communication that made our arrival seamless. The views from the living room are spectacular with super comfortable beds in each room. My morning runs were spectacular, being only .5miles from a gorgeous trail loop. Great neighbors , quite locale, easy access parking. We’ll be back.

This charming guest house had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Great out door spaces with views and convenient parking. Easy access from highway and to shopping. Vicky our host was lovely and a pleasure to meet. Hope to return someday.
