This sweet house is 4 miles to Hayward field, close to 5th Street Public Market, U of O, Parks, Golf, it's just over an hour to the coast, 2 hours to the mountains, and 2.5 miles to Riverbend Hospital. There is much opportuinty in this area to find all the outdoor actvities you love and more. Garage space available to help with student move in! .

The floor plan was good. 3 full baths made it comfortable. It was easy to find and access. A few waters in the fridge and coffee for the coffee maker would be a nice touch for future visitors.

Great property in nice neighborhood....convienent to food and short drive to U of Oregon

It was bigger than expected and the game room and home theater rooms were adorable! We stayed here for my daughters college graduation and it was a short drive to campus! The beds were very comfortable too. I would stay here again!

Great stay!

We were in Eugene for a track meet at Hayward and this house was perfect for our stay! The house was clean, updated and comfortable and had everything we needed. The area was perfect - quiet and safe and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Eugene!

Stayed here for family weekend for you, O’s. The house is perfect. Beds are comfortable movie screen/game room are awesome. It’s not super convenient to campus but close enough that we made it work!
