Gorgeous Craftsmen home blocks from University of Oregon Campus

Inspired by the Oregon landscape, this beautiful craftsman home is the perfect place to stay while you explore Eugene. You will be delighted by this home's fantastic location, only steps away from the University of Oregon campus, Hayward field, and charming neighborhood restaurants. The interior of the home was recently updated and is in process of being furnished - more photos will be posted ASAP as furniture comes in! In the meantime, please reach out with any questions. Ready for booking starting May 1st.

Two level home, open kitchen plan combines with living room and open dining. 1 king bedroom in master, 3 queen bedrooms, all mattresses are Stearns and Fosters. 3 full bathrooms. High speed WiFi, hardwood floors, dish washer, washer / dryer. Fenced yard great for dogs. Forced air heating and air conditioning.

High thread count linens, Keurig coffee and an assortment of teas, propane provided for grilling outside. High end kitchen with cookware, Vitamix, chef quality knife set. Please feel free to reach out with any additional requests or accommodations.

Perfect Stay

Property was absolutely gorgeous and the location could not have been better. I had a great place to live and work while awaiting the birth of my son. I enjoyed the ability to walk to many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to wineries and other activities! The house is incredibly close to the University of Oregon campus! Check in and check out were as easy as could be, and the overall experience was a 10/10!

Awesome VRBO Close to Hayward field.

Very nice house that is definitely located in a great location. I would recommend this to everyone coming to the area. Clean, comfortable, well kept and well equipped house. This is definitely a place that we will rent again.

Highly Recommend!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Its location is ideal for proximity to activities and events at the University of Oregon, and it offers a very short walking distance to restaurants, markets, bars, and even ice cream – all within a 2-minute walk from the house. The house itself is incredibly well-appointed. The furnishings, furniture and electronics are outstanding, and the kitchen is beyond excellent. We had everything we needed to cook and host our entire family. More importantly, the owner was consistently available and engaged, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house for anyone considering a trip to Eugene, especially if they’re visiting for activities at UO. It’s undoubtedly the best option available.

This home was a delight to stay in. It accommodated out family and friends to celebrate our son's graduation. John was so wonderful at communicating with me and so helpful with the check in. The location of the home perfect, it was only blocks from the campus and restaurants. Thank you for everything John. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Thanksgiving week!

I flew my family out to spend thanksgiving in Eugene where my youngest goes to U of O! We could walk to restaurants and bars, walk the campus, play bags in the park by the house. We would definitely stay at this wonderful house again! Oh and we did winery tours all day on Friday! So much fun!

Fantastic Property & Fantastic Location

We were in town for an event at Hayward Field, and were so glad to find this great house. The set up was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of bedroom space, bathroom space, lounging space. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed, big laundry space so the runners in the group could wash their clothes. There’s a lovely private backyard and lush landscaping gardens all around the house. The location was not only perfect in terms of proximity to the event at the University of Oregon, but we were steps away from the coffee shop/bakery, several restaurants, ice cream…you name it! And just a short drive (10 minutes or less) to several more. Thanks much to our great host!!!!

Truly blown away by the location of this home, it is PHENOMENAL. We were able to walk to neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, and the UofO -- all within 2 blocks!! The area is not only beautiful, but also extremely safe, clean, and the house is situated on a very private lot. Bonus, we came on a sunny weekend and the park next door was absolutely gorgeous to spend some time in. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home which was clean, modern, and equipped with high end appliances including a Vitamix, Japanese knife set, and plush towels. John was an incredible host and not only was extremely responsive, but went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable visit to Eugene. Without a doubt, we will be back and look forward to another trip to The Columbia House in Eugene!! 10 STARS!!
