The bright interior features a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, accent chairs, and a TV. Create favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances like a gas range. When you're ready to eat, serve memorable meals at a dining table set for four. Highlights include a back deck with a partially fenced yard and a private washer/dryer just off the living room.

Really enjoyed staying here - the location is great and the place was comfortable. I didn’t have a car and easily walked to the grocery store and campus. Dishwasher was broken but no big deal.

Great Walkable Location in Eugene

We stayed in this cute little place for the weekend. We were in town for a show at Matthew Knight Arena, and walked there, grabbing dinner on the way. Great spot!

Not happy

Our tv was broken and there were no blankets or comforter for pull out. I had been constantly talking with vacasa by text who said they’d talk with local team to bring us blankets and check tv and never got back to me. I had to keep asking if someone was coming. We ended up going out to buy blankets. My girls and I were celebrating a birthday and don’t splurge often. We won’t be staying here or going thru vacasa after this.

Great location

Excellent location if you are planning a visit to UofO, a football game at Autzen or a weekend in Eugene. Very no frills accommodation, but reasonably comfortable and can't beat the location.

Perfect for our family of 3. It is a great location for walking to downtown and there’s a great coffee/ breakfast place one block away. Quick drive to UO but also walkable.

It was a nice quiet place. Easy access to restaurants and a grocery store. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We used Uber for the big event.

Bare bones

Nicely appointed but cheap foam bed, and the bed for the third person is really a couch that folds down. We were locked out as the code provided did not work. Called for help and we’re given the lock box code. It opened but the lockbox was empty. Had to leave the kitchen door unlocked to get in and out all weekend. Disappointing stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the bed is a bit low to the ground, I am tall and over 50, so it made it a little hard to get out of bed.

Great location

Walkable to campus. Sparkling clean. Overall a great place that I would rent again. Word of warning that if it is really hot weather, there isn’t a/c. Out 1st night was miserable. We bought fans the next morning which helped. The listing says 2 parking spots in the driveway. Park on the street, unless you want to be confronted by an angry neighbor.
