Welcome to Magnolia Escape - 47 Center Lane South

Cozy little cottage so close to the waterfront where you'll find great food options, swim beach, and the boat dock. Also just a short walk from the community pool and grill area.

Check out this new cottage on Center Lane. Perfect central location to the Boardwalk community pool as well as the waterfront. This two-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect size for a small family sleeping up to 7. Enjoy family dining inside and out with a wonderful screened-in porch with a dining set. This home provides a king-size bed in the bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find a queen-size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk set, with another twin trundle underneath.
Upstairs guests will also enjoy their own bathroom. This property has a charcoal grill for guests to use.

Magnolia has 1 guest parking space. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Comfy and Close to Everything.

Super clean and comfortable place for small families that is a short walk to all of the amenities of Carlton Landing. The screened in porch is perfect for family dinners.

Great property clean and accurate listing

Great property and area. The listing was very accurate. The property was super clean. Linens were nice quality. The town itself was also a really nice destination. I'd like to give 4.5 stars on the property management question. Their email quantity was a bit overwhelming. I also would have preferred my access code via VRBO rather than the property management company website. Overall we'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend it others.

Great experience

Had a wonderful time in this home at this location! Only complaints are very minor— the water dispenser from the fridge sounds like something is dying, and the blinds on the front door are not attached at the bottom so they slam a few times each time the door is opened and closed. Otherwise it was awesome and we will be back!

Magnolia Escape was a great weekend escape!

Loved the property. Great location to all the fun! Worked great for myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the playground and didn't want to leave!

Great location

We had a nice stay at this rental. The location is great for the neighborhood. Beds, linens, towels are all great and comfortable. My only comments are the sofa is super uncomfortable (which I believe another reviewer mentioned)…I’d definitely recommend a more comfortable living room seating option. The screened in porch was pretty dirty and the table needed to be wiped down significantly. Other than that we enjoyed the rental.

We had a great time during our stay at Carlton Landing! The property was great for our family. The only small issues we had were that the front porch was somewhat dirty and could have been cleaned better, and the couch in the living room was not very large, making it not a great place for relaxing in the evenings. Other than that, the stay was great and we would definitely go back!

We took our Girls Trip 2021 to Carlton Landing and stayed in the beautiful Magnolia Eacape. It was perfect for 6 ladies. Screened in porch and a front porch for outside visiting. Clean and very well decorated! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Sweet Getaway House

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our two kids slept upstairs and loved the bunk bed. The coffee maker (keurig) was broken and upon arrival there were quite a few flies. But apart from that, we enjoyed our stay!
