  • Haga que su próxima escapada con una visión íntima de Firefly Park! Esta casa ofrece un gran espacio dentro y hacia fuera. Hay dos dormitorios cada uno con una cama de matrimonio, y una habitación con literas equipado con 6 camas individuales. En la planta baja incluye sala de estar, cocina y comedor, además de un dormitorio y cuarto de baño completo. Arriba se encuentra un dormitorio, la sala de literas y un baño completo adicional y sala de estar. Cute!

Such a fun place to stay! There was lots to do close by…lake, paddle boards, kayaks, pools, a small zip line for younger kids, basketball, snow cone truck, amazing coffee shop, pizza place and a grocery store not too far away. It’s was the perfect location for our family reunion.

Lazy Lake Days Done Right

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year in a row that we've been here. The kids love it. There is something for everybody It's a very convenient vacation with multiple pools, ice cream/pizza shop, paddle boarding/obstacle course, the lake, golf carts and fishing. Call a fishing guide in Eufaula! Plus every house we have stayed in has been very nice. We really appreciated the prompt attention to our requests. The AC in the house was ice cold which was nice with the heat. Every year the community seems to get a little better. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not over crowded and that makes it much more enjoyable and preferrable to other options for summer vacations.

Clean & comfortable!

This is our third summer staying at a Lake Stay property in Carlton Landing. This property was clean and comfortable! We had a small issue with a tub leak and the property manager was very responsive and totally on top of rectifying the problem. We will always stay at a Lake Stay property when we come to Carlton Landing!

Great Stay in Carlton Landing!

The house was great and in the condition as described by the listing. It sits in a really neat spot within Carlton Landing that gives you the opportunity to meet neighbors and relax on the porch while your kids play in the shared park area. Would highly recommend!

Celebrating family

We enjoyed a girls weekend with my mother and two sisters and celebrated my sisters, 60th. birthday! The house welcomed us with open arms! We enjoyed the area and our time together. Back at home we all talked about the beautiful home and so many people commented on our post on Facebook! We loved it!

Prosecco is “on point”

Nothing but good things to say about this house and location. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill worked great for making breakfast for a hungry crowd. The bunk room came in handy when friends a/c stopped working and they needed a place to sleep. Very close to restaurants and pools. We kept our boat at No. 9 Marina which was convenient. We found the courtesy docks in Carlton Landing which helped with taking a break off the water. I highly recommend this house.

Lovely Community

Reviewer Comments: The development, homes, roads, trees, landscapes, parks, and lake views were all beautiful. We traveled during July and were surprised at how slow and relaxing the community was. The rental company was professional and helpful. The 3 pools are very small for the size of the community. The lounge chairs were too few, uncomfortable, and a lot of them broken. The pool bar on the steps almost came loose. We were very surprised and disappointed that the pool amenities were subpar for such a beautiful neighborhood.All the parks, lookouts, and shops are in walking distance.We highly recommend you bring in your own food as there is not a grocery store nearby and the food trucks had limited hours.This particular home was well maintained, stocked, and professionally cleaned. They had the house nice and cool as well.

The location of the house was centrally located and made it easy to get around. We opted to not get a golf cart and walk everywhere. A golf cart is not needed as everything is so close unless you just want one or have issues walking. Carlton Landing provided a very relaxing vacation that allowed for lots of quality time for our family. We were disappointed that the pop up boutiques and food trucks weren’t open on the days we were there. My kids enjoyed the aqua park. Mama Tigs and the Meeting House were both cool spots to eat and grab a drink. The customer service at the Meeting House was lack luster. None of the employees had much personality and weren’t overly friendly. Overall Carlton Landing was a nice spot that we would go back to as a family or for a couples trip.

Happy Thanksgiving~

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Prosecco Point. My mom with a walker stayed downstairs and was perfectly content. Her walker fit through all doorways. We enjoyed going on walks throughout Carlton Landing, playing tennis, going on the Nature trail, playing ping pong on several of the tables scattered throughout the community. We roasted hotdogs and marshmallows on the firepit, then on Thanksgiving I had no problem cooking a huge thanksgiving meal. I did bring my own disposable baking pans, but there were plenty there if I had wanted to use theirs. Plenty of utensils, towels and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The electric fireplace was so cool! The furnishings were beautiful and it was SOOOO CLEAN!!! It was a great get away!

Carlton Landing getaway

Wonderful stay! Perfect location, clean, stocked well, nice space for a family with children & even grandparents. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Loved the outdoor spaces too!

Unexpected for sure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll first start off by saying we have stayed in Carlton Landing a few times and have had only good experiences until our recent visit. The property we stayed in this time looked like it had been recently rented and not sufficiently cleaned or picked up afterward. There were clothes from either the owners or previous renters under a few beds and dirty towels on the backs of a few of the bathroom doors that were missed or not laundered. The worst part about the stay was the complete lack of Internet or cable and the inability of the Carlton Landing staff to either remedy the situation or get a hold of the owner to figure out what was going on. I spent three days calling the staff multiple times per day, and ultimately had to go to the office and ask to speak with someone in management. The issue was addressed and although cable and Internet was never restored or turned on, at least an effort was made for the owner to bring down a hotspot which ultimately did not work. The manager I spoke with in the office did offer a 15% reimbursement discount, but this was never actually credited to my account or credit card. Overall it was a very lousy experience and not what I have grown used to. Unfortunately it does make me hesitant to rebook, which is a shame given how much my family and myself like the area. COVID-19 had a few amenities shut down which was also a bummer but understandable.
