Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! This listing sleeps up to 16 and is within arm’s reach of the water - perfect for a big group or even a simple couple’s retreat. This property is surrounded by trees so the sounds of nature envelop you, while maintaining a close distance to anything you should need.

What you need to know:

The information for the wifi is on the mantle above the fireplace. There are basic things in the kitchen including some spices and utensils. The mini fridge under the bar is currently fully stocked with beers and seltzers. It is there for your enjoyment, but please be mindful of future guests when taking from it as we do not restock it often.

The home sleeps 16 including the two air mattresses in the loft area. There are fans and a portable A/C upstairs if you need them. In the laundry room through the master bath, there are extra linens and towels - both bath and beach.

Pets are allowed and we have a fully-fenced side yard for them to utilize. There is a cactus growing in that yard so please monitor your pets if they are curious. We are not liable if they injure themselves.

There are tables with stools in the living room for extra dining seating, plus foldable banquet tables in the dining room. The foldable tables may be used outside as long as they are cleaned before being brought back inside.

The cushions to the outside furniture are behind the sectional inside. We keep them here for cleanliness purposes.

We allow smoking OUTSIDE. There are multiple ashtrays available to you.

PLEASE NOTE: There are four RVs parked between the outdoor shop and the house. Neither the shop, nor the RVs are included in this listing and you are prohibited from entering any of them. Law enforcement will be contacted if this rule is broken.
