Sons & Sunshine close to Tower Court Pool!

Summary:
Sons & Sunshine is a favorite for large families or groups of friends. The open living, kitchen, and dining space makes it easy to gather everyone together, comfortably. The ample parking is also attractive to groups bringing multiple vehicles. Two queen bedrooms, a king bedroom, plus an extra-large bedroom with multiple beds (but no ladders or bunks!) offer options for privacy or sleepovers.

The Space:
Sons & Sunshine is your luxury lake home away from home! Inside, the lower level includes a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan, as well as a powder bath, mudroom,  and laundry room. The king master suite is also on the lower level and includes a private bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds, a third oversized room with a queen bed, and two single beds, side by side. And still plenty of room to play! A queen-size blow-up mattress is available on request. A full bathroom with a tub, shower, and double vanities is also on the second floor.

A grill and fire pit are located in the backyard of this home and free firewood and fire starter pods are kept on the property.  In the front, there is a large porch with an oversized swing and plenty of additional seating. The house is equipped with Google Assistant, so you can play your favorite music inside and outside! Twinkle lights hang above the front and back porches, creating a dreamy nighttime space. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house, leaving plenty of space to park a golf cart if you choose to rent one. 

The front of the house overlooks Lower Greenway, where kids play on the grassy space and neighbors take the sidewalk to Tower Court Pool and Wading Pool. The back of the house is just steps away from the wooded Redbud Park.  Playgrounds, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach, and more are all within walking distance of Bear Feet Retreat. We offer concierge services such as grocery stocking, lawn game rentals, and souvenirs. Take a short stroll up the sidewalk to Tower Court Pool and Wading Pool. Playgrounds, parks, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach area and more are all within walking distance of Sons & Sunshine. Getting Around:
The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your bicycles, scooters and skateboards! You might enjoy having a golf cart during your stay. The nearby Lakeside Motorsports will deliver your cart to your vacation home and pick it up when you've gone. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation!

Interaction with Guests:
Send us a message through the Airbnb app and we will do our best to help with anything you need. We have staff on site in Carlton Landing to help if a need arises, but we will not bother you otherwise.
