Step onto the elegant, bridged walkway leading to the front door, where a

breathtaking glass wall of windows immediately immerses you in the majestic

Mummy Range of Rocky Mountain National Park. The sunken living room is

designed to blur the lines between indoors and out, offering unparalleled

views that become a natural backdrop to every conversation around the cozy

wood-burning fireplace.



Culinary Delights with a View



Gather your loved ones around the sublime dining room table, set for ten,

featuring elegant ladder-back leather chairs. French doors open to a sprawling

deck, perfect for lounging on comfy rattan furnishings, playing a game of

antler ring-toss or enjoying an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table,

complete with a new gas grill. The kitchen at Terra Furma is nothing short of

a masterful culinary environment, boasting top-of-the-line appliances, fully

stocked kitchen gadgets and serving pieces, as well as stacked ovens and a

six-burner gas range, ready for your gourmet creations.



Serene Retreats



Terra Furma offers two exceptionally appointed oversized king suites, each

with its own private balcony. The main floor's east suite, which is easily

accessed for those with mobility issues, provides a magnificent view of Ram's

Horn Mountain, enveloped by the forest and it's own, private, wrap around

deck. Its spa-like bath suite features a polished barn-wood motif and a huge

view shower! Upstairs, the west suite commands a 180-degree panorama of

endless mountains, also with a private balcony, and complete with a vaulted

ceiling, a spacious view shower, and convenient his and hers sinks and a walk-

in closet.



Endless Entertainment and Family Fun



The fun continues on the lower level, where a vibrant family room awaits with

a flat-screen TV and sound system, a gas fireplace, and a pool table. A

baker's dozen of windows ensures you're always connected to the stunning

surroundings. Step outside to a deck that melts into the woods, complete with

a fenced-in dog run for your furry travel companions. It reveals the coolest

kids' swing ever--perfect for post-adventure play! This level also features a

private patio with the first of the downstairs queen bedroom suites with it's

own ¾ bath, while the second offers bunk beds for four (with two trundles), a

dressing room, two vanities, and a bathtub/shower combo.



Both the family and living room feature smart TVs, along with the two king and

queen bedrooms. Two car heated garage.

Amazing, beautiful weekend!

The Windcliff neighborhood, and specifically Terra Furma, is a beautiful place to stay while enjoying the Town of Estes Park! Just a short drive to town, but escape to the edge of beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park, and amazing views! Highly recommend!!!
