VHR # 6170 Our beautiful 8 units are nestled on the tranquil banks of Fall River and located at the west end of downtown, Riverpointe offers a unique combination of serene river-front beauty and convenient town access. Book one or more units for family renunions, corportrate retreats, or a romanic getaway. Units 1 and 2 are animal friendly, max 2 with a $30 fee per animal per stay.

Unwind to the sights and sounds of the river as you enjoy morning coffee on the stream-side patio. Skip the hassle of parking and take a delightful 5 minute stroll along the popular Riverwalk path into town to enjoy shopping or dining. These charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condos have been fully remodeled in a tasteful, mountain-modern style and promise an unforgettable vacation for couples, friends, or families seeking relaxation and adventure amidst breathtaking mountain scenery.

** Because of the close proximity to the river, it should be noted that this property may not be suitable for families with small children. The condo was lovely! It was clean , and stocked with regular items like silverware, dishes etc. Very easy to walk to downtown Estes Park, fabulous considering the hassle and price of parking. Wish we could’ve gotten standard TV channels, and it was a little difficult to find, cause it’s right on the river; with no signage on the street. But Pic is spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed literally being able to sit and have the river flowing by. I also very much enjoyed the book on the coffee table, loved the stories! And the electric fireplace! I travel a lot but I will definitely book again!

Stay was good overall but owners were not very responsive to our communications prior to check in or after arrival and info provided via VRBO app was outdated. Location was good but pictures give you the impression that you are more secluded than you really are with a fair amount of noise from neighboring unit. Unit inside was up to date and almost new which it s BIG plus.

Perfect spot, walk to downtown

Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. We slept with the windows cracked open for the white noise and fresh air from the river and it was sublime! There are plenty of nice little touches throughout in terms of function, decor and practical needs. It was clean & well-stocked with easy check-in. Maps had us circling a couple of times because it's a little tucked away behind a little shopping area, but it was well worth the extra minute of looking! We'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely little river!

Cute place with just enough space. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and watching the river. It was super relaxing. It is also close enough to downtown that you can walk.

The unit was spotless and exactly as described—no surprises at all. The property was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. We visited over the 4th of July weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. It’s a short walk from downtown and a 10 minute drive into the park, which was ideal for us since we were hiking. The little river behind it is beautiful and filled with elk. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked well. One thing to note, there is no kitchen table (just a small counter with 2 stools), but there is a 4-person patio table which works pretty well in nice weather. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for four nights and loved every bit of it! Great location, walking distance to everything downtown and a 5 minute drive from most things in Estes. The condo was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. If you're lucky you may even have some special (elk) visitors at your door!

Nice place (very hot inside on a warm day)

This is a very nice condo. We had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive.The condo is near the village - easy to walk to food and ice cream. Grandma’s Garden across the street is worth the visit - native Colorado plants plus a nice story.We saw elk in the streets more than once. Easy to access the national park - or the visitor’s center to take a shuttle to the park.The only downside was that the weather was on the warmish side which made the upstairs hot and stuffy. We used the overhead fans and a box fan, but they didn’t really resolve the issue. This is not the fault of the property managers, rather it’s something visitors want to be aware of.Give yourself time to adjust to the elevation. Enjoy!

My all time favorite in Estes Park

Impeccably clean, beautifully renovated and furnished modern-Colorado-style condo along the Fall River. We enjoyed staying here so much and hearing the rushing river while enjoying the patio. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just a stone’s throw from the shops on the Main Street too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great Location

Karine, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy! I would absolutely stay here again with my family of four (two children under age 12).The condo was neat, clean and efficient. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate for making breakfast and lunches. Loved the water views from the front and back decks! Very, very easy to walk to downtown Estes. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms to help ease the burden of use on the upstairs bath. In a perfect world you could squeeze in a small card table downstairs, too! Thanks for being a great spot for us to enjoy one of our favorite places on earth!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with the place all to ourselves. It was decorated beautifully. I must say I now want to get that Natuzzi leather chair I parked myself in for two days just admiring our view of the trees and stream outside. The bedroom provided a restful nights sleep in a super comfy bed. Location is ideal for a nice nature walk following the winding stream. Town quarters are a short walk away. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Also, a great breakfast place is located just steps away at the Big Horn. We will be back:)

Beautiful Condo, Loved Our Stay

Scrupulously clean! The condo was just as advertised. Well situated in relation to the town. Well appointed with appliances and equipped with kitchen items (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.). Parking right outside the condo is very convenient.We enjoyed the fluffy towels and washcloths. It was too warm to use the duvet, and we found it challenging to put it and the decorative pillows somewhere during our stay.Elk visited us on the evening we arrived, which was delightful! We enjoyed listening to the rushing water outside! The mid-May weather was warm enough on one day to sit out at the outdoor patio and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.We are 3 Seniors (1 couple and 1 friend) who were attending an event in Estes Park Event Center and an event in Wellington CO. We ate breakfast in the condo and ate out at a restaurant for dinners, so it didn't bother us that the kitchen only has 2 stools for dining in.We would have appreciated a luggage stand in each bedroom to work out of our suitcases, and a coat rack downstairs.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo!
