*Estes Mountain home is built into the side of the mountain, so when you pull in the drive there are steps from the drive/garage area to the home and the spectacular views all around. THIS HOME HAS STEPS. CHECK WITH ME IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES.

Spacious private home nestled on Prospect Mountain. Views GALORE! Mountain and Lake Estes views. Our comfortable home is over 2020 sq ft, & offers over 1400 sq ft of deck. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer deck access.

Main floor features living area, with gas fireplace, and breathtaking views. Kitchen, fully equipped, table for up to 8 and bar seating area. Deck, free WIFI & long distance. Laundry with washer/dryer. Main floor bedrooms include a king aspen log bed & furnishings, sitting area, with and views of Lake Estes & Mt. Olympus & attached bath with tub/shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, & outside access to a private deck and forest of trees. Main floor hallway bath has a log vanity/mirror & shower.

Our 2nd floor offers 1 room with a queen aspen log bed, sitting area, TV/DVD, & private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. The 2nd bedroom has a king & queen bed, 2 chairs TV/DVD, French doors open to the largest deck. The full bathroom has shower/tub and is between the two upper bedrooms.

Perfect for couples, you & your family, and groups: Estes Mountain Home is unique in that it is perfect for a couple, or for larger groups and families. The layout makes it a cozy, romantic get away for one couple, two couples, the upper level has 2 extra large bedrooms and bath, that makes it perfect for groups, families, and even multiple families who would like to stay together. Centrally located living area & kitchen areas for 'together time' and bedrooms off to each side on each level make each bedroom more private with each having their own TV and sitting areas in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

We enjoyed greatly enjoyed our time here. The house was spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful and was heated up and ready for use when we checked in. Our host was readily available if we had any issues but we didn't have any need to contact her during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed seeing elk and deer around the house. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for us! Plenty of comfortable seating when we were hanging out at the house, great kitchen for cooking and nice tables inside and out to enjoy the great view!! The house was decorated very nicely with the mountain and animal theme! We enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of towels to use and we even heard the elk bugling from the deck! (They hang out in Estes) Could see beautiful sunrises and sunsets! As mentioned, you do need some fit people to carry the luggage up and down the steps to get to the house. We loved our stay, thanks for sharing this beautiful house!

This was an excellent property to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains of Estes Park. The location was great; close to town but secluded in the hillside of a mountain. Linda, the host, was always available to help with questions or needs. Having her pay attention to our requests in a timely fashion made our stay very enjoyable.

We have stayed in many vacation homes in Estes Park over the years, and this cabin is one of the best! Our 3 families (kids and grandkids) had plenty of room to spread out at night, yet lots of great common space for the whole group to gather. The location was perfect for us, very convenient to downtown as well as RMNP.The house was exceptionally clean and was very comfortable and inviting. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the beverage refrigerator was a huge bonus for kids juice boxes, soft drinks, and adult beverages! The outdoor spaces are exceptional and the views are tremendous. It was so great to gaze out on the city from the hot tub (both day & night), and to drink morning coffee under the pergola while looking over Lumpy Ridge. There was also as fire pit on the deck with plenty of seating, which was a great place to end the evening. Linda was a GREAT host and her communication was awesome. The house also had air conditioning, which is not necessary in EP but was a nice touch. The only negative is the steps to get in and out of the house, but that was made very clear in the listing so we were prepared to deal with them. As long as your group has some young/strong members to carry the coolers, you will be fine!All in all, this was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Family vacation Estes Park

We had our 1st family vacation since 2009, all children were grown, with one who has started his family. It was absolutely perfect for us all. The views decks and hot tub were amazing! The home was super clean, and the beds were very comfy! The access to downtown and other sights was perfect! We were grilling steaks one night and had 2 bears come up very close to the house, it was amazing and intimidating at the same time. Steaks turned out well, and we have an amazing memory, amoung many others! I would 100% recommend and we would book again!

Estes Park Wedding Trip

In Estes Park for my niece’s wedding- this property was perfect for our family group. Had literally everything we needed and Linda was prompt with communication. Very clean and great location to downtown. There are 3 sets of stairs to get to property- our party knew in advance and navigated/tolerated well. The description mentions the stairs so ensure your group members are physically able to negotiate them- it can be more taxing due to the higher altitude. We saw wildlife daily- deer & chipmunk. Would 10/10 recommend!

Unmatched views

This property easily accommodated the 9 of us. When you drive up to the house, you almost can't believe the view. There are multiple balconies to relax on. Having A/C was great. Linda was responsive immediately when we had a question. We saw a lot of wildlife on the property. It was the perfect location and would absolutely go back!

Amazing property!

This property had the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed at. We love to cook so this was a big deal. The views were amazing, the property was clean, and the house was a perfect fit for introducing our friends to the Rocky Mountains.

Friends Graduation Celebration

We had an excellent time. The views are amazing at this property. I love that the owner asked us to call as soon as we arrived. Some may not like that but I thought it was lovely to speak for a moment. She was very welcoming. The house is decorated beautifully. We cooked meals a few times and the kitchen was well appointed. The views are majestic!!! It snowed while we were all in the hot tub! We had so much fun. Thank you for allowing us into your home!
