Comfort and Style in this Riverside Condo

Unit 210 is a newly-updated condo featuring a king bed in the bedroom, adjacent small bonus room with a twin/twin bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 1+ bedroom, 1-bath Estes Park, CO rental unit includes a full kitchen, vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, two TVs each with DVD player and cable TV. This condo has a whole-house fan to quickly cool off in the evening. Watch for wildlife from your deck overlooking the Fall River or venture to Rocky Mountain National Park just one mile away. Stays include free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps five.

We enjoyed amazing views from the deck and saw deer and elk on the property every day. The condo was clean and in a perfect location for getting to the park and into town. Beautiful walking trails surround the property, and the staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a great resort! We loved the pool, stream, and quiet atmosphere. We saw wildlife regularly and were so close to the entrance to RMNP but less than 10 minutes to downtown Estes Park. The condo was clean and in good condition. It was equipped nicely without clutter. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Best of Both Worlds

Love the new livingroom and deck furniture! Classy and comfortable. Everything inside this condo is well-kept, updated, and tastefully decorated. The entire condo is always spotlessly clean with great attention to detail and neatness. This was our third stay and we would love to stay again in this clean, welcoming, comfortable home away from home.

Fantastic Resort

Family vacation

This was our second stay at the condo and it was perfect for our family of four. The roaring river, animals everywhere in the park(and several by the condo) and tons of perfect hiking. The location is ideal for quick pop ins to the park to see animals, sunsets and stars and just as convenient to go to town for shopping and food. The condo is equipped with anything you could need and we highly recommend it!

Great Getaway Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils and basic cooking items. Even in December, the deck was very nice and relaxing while sitting in the sun. We hope to come back and stay again.

VRBO Stay in Estes Park

As usual with VRBO the Unit was clean and ready for us. Check out was a breeze. We would have liked more lighting on the kitchen table, The new Central Fan worked great. The location made it possible for us to go to recommended places, and get back home easily.
