Unwind in this charming 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath townhome, a peaceful end unit just minutes from downtown. Nestled against the 5th fairway with stunning mountain views, this retreat offers a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. With cathedral ceilings, a cozy river rock fireplace, and expansive windows, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery year-round.

Elk are frequent visitors, bugling in the fall, grazing on the golf course, or wandering right past the deck—a nature lover’s dream! Watch them from the comfort of the great room or step outside to soak in the crisp mountain air.

The master suite offers private deck access and an ensuite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom, located upstairs, features a queen bed and easy access to a full bath with a tiled shower/tub combo. A spacious loft includes an additional TV area, a work desk, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

This place is amazing! The kitchen had everything you needed. It was so relaxing on the deck every morning and evening watching the elk. Everything was so close from the town to the entrance to RMNP couldn’t ask for a better location. Michele was great to work with she responded to quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!!!

The condo is even better than pictured! Everything you need and perfect location! My family comes to Estes Park at least once a year, and this is our new favorite spot! Would love to stay here again! Super quiet, and the wildlife, few… everything was perfect!! Michelle was so considerate, making sure our family had everything we needed when the local Safeway was on strike.

Rocky Mountain Gem

A clean & spacious home with modern amenities, beautiful mountain views, plenty of elk visible from the back deck & sounds of elk bugling heard through our stay. Need I say more. :) Truly a gem! So glad to have picked this particular place to stay. The VRBO is a short drive to town & a variety of restaurants. Michele is communicative & helpful. We had a lovely stay - only wish it was longer!

Perfect Vacation

ELK EVERYDAY!

Loved staying here. Michele was always available if we had a question, communication was great. This is by far the best place to stay if you want to see herds of Elk everyday and hear them at night! That's why we come up here during the rut, but sometimes we don't see any. This condo is located right on the Golf Course where the Elk hang out. This condo has everything you need, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, extra everything we needed. We grilled out on the deck and watched the Elk. It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood. This condo is furnished beautifully. 2 car garage to park in. We had a truck, so we were able to park it in front of the garage, but my SUV fit inside perfectly. The jacuzzi tub in the master is heavenly. It is not huge, so we used it every night since it didn't take much water to fill and enjoy. The Location is close to shopping and RMNP entrance. We hiked during the day, but couldn't wait to get home to see our Elk again! The condo is walking distance from the Golf Course restaurant "Smokin' Dave's BBQ and Brews", super convenient! 5 minute drive to Cousin Pat's restaurant and bar, which is a great place off the beaten path, highly recommend! Overall I can't think of a nicer place to stay in Estes Park. This was my 2nd time, and we'll be back!

Rest and Relaxation

This property was perfect for a week of rest and relaxation. We played golf 3 times, grilled on the deck twice and utilized the domino set every night while watching the sunset and elk on the golf course. Loved the easy access to downtown and RMNP. Would definitely stay here again!

ESTES PARK ELK ELK ELK

Folks if you want a beautiful lodge type of condo where the Elk hang out, this is the perfect spot. Have been coming up to Estes Park for 29 years and I finally have figured out: they hang out at the Golf Course! This condo is the best kept secret tucked back in the Pine trees right ON THE GOLF COURSE, elk sightings daily. As you can see by the listing it is updated and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to make meals at home, but the condo is close to downtown and great eating places. Great night's sleeping on the comfy mattresses, plenty of extra pillows and blankets for chilly nights. I loved the jacuzzi tub in the master and used it every evening. The two car garage is a definite plus, but our truck wouldn't fit. Thankfully there was room for the truck in front of the garage. I'll bring a smaller vehicle next time! Michele was a fantastic host. We've already got September booked. We look forward to coming back Michele!

Great Condo on Golf Course with Resident Elk Herd

This was our third stay at this lovely condo, we so enjoyed watching the elk on the golf course from the deck. Could hear the elk bugling far into the night...magical. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed for a spectacular stay. Very close to RMNP and many excellent restaurants in Estes Park. The property manager was extremely helpful.
