Poor communication from the start. Minimal responses often taking days/weeks to reply. Apartment was fine although there was a lot of ants in the cupboard under the sink. Advertised as having a gym, we found a gym at the restaurant across the road and assumed this was it but were denied access as it was “for residents only”. Messaged the host and still haven’t had a response and we’ve been home 3 days now! Feel a little mislead by the description. The pool was nice, however no inflatables/balls allowed even though there was often no other swimmers using the pool. Parking is underground but spaces are very tight! Nice balcony, spoiled by the very noisy neighbour who spoke on speaker phone for hours each day on their balcony. There’s not much around so a car is a must. The experience was overall “OK” but overpriced in our opinion. It didn’t ruin our holiday but it definitely impacted our enjoyment. 6/10 from us.
