Within a ten-minute walk down you will find restaurants, supermarkets and crossing the street, the beautiful beaches are waiting for you to be discovered too. The apartment has been furnished up to high standards and is decorated with a lovely boho style touch and comes with all amenities you need to enjoy a sunny holiday.

With a brand new, modern kitchen, an inviting living and dining area, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms - one with a luxurious bath and two outdoor spaces and the proximity of Estepona, we think this is a pretty perfect holiday home. Decorated with an eye for detail and comfort, this magnificent apartment offers a large terrace – partially covered to protect you from the sun, and a private parking space. If you’re looking to spend your holiday close to all amenities and opting to stay at a truly warm and welcoming holiday home, then look no further.

The apartment is located at residency ONE80 suites, at the outskirts of Estepona, offering a communal outdoor area with a swimming pool, surrounded by lush green. Enjoy your breakfast on the private terrace, furnished with both a lounge and dining area, or relax at the secluded, second terrace, equipped with sun loungers. Within walking distance choose from a selection of restaurants, supermarkets as well as beach clubs or one of the many golf courses nearby.

Decorated and equipped up to high standards, including all the modern comforts you need, Casa Bahia Bliss has a fast WiFi network, a Google Chrome cast to watch your favorites movies, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, air conditioning and heating, and two private, outdoor spaces to enjoy the Spanish sun. The apartment accommodates up to four guests and carries everything you need, making it a true a home away from home.

OUT AND ABOUT
If you travel by car, you can park your car in front of the house on the street or at the private parking space, located underneath the main building. A ten-to-fifteen-minute walking brings you to the nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is a mere 15-minute walk away, crossing the A7 highway and a 5-minute drive brings you to Estepona, the award-winning bustling and vibrant city, also known as “The garden of the Costa del Sol”.

You will be greeted by Esther and Pascal, who will help you with all you need during your stay, and they will hand-over the keys to the apartment and parking. They are the owners of aire - a family-owned sustainable property and guest agency and small concept store, located in San Luis de Sabinillas. Prior to your arrival, the apartment has been thoroughly and sustainably cleaned. This means use of excessive water is limited through the use of stream cleaning as well as limited use of environmental-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products and tools. If you’d like to schedule an extra cleaning during your stay, please let us know as this can be arranged at an additional fee.

LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
Casa Bahia Bliss is located in the outskirts of Estepona, at residency ONE80 suites, and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages and Andalusia. Discover Estepona or take a twenty-minute drive to explore one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a twenty-five-minute drive away too. The beach is close by and offers a great opportunity to enjoying the sun and a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast - is a great way to explore the area too. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.

We recommend you to also visit the smaller, lesser-known villages nearby such as San Luis de Sabinillas or Manilva as both villages are not crowded by mass-tourism yet and the locals are one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. Prior to your arrival we'll send you a detailed instruction via email on how to get to the apartment as well as all the information you need to enjoy your well-deserved holiday. In the meantime, don't hesitate to get in touch in case you've got any questions. Please note that Residency ONE80 suites is a new residency and the area surrounding the apartment is expanding rapidly. Therefore, some construction works might be seen or heard occasionally, mostly at weekdays - if at all. We cannot predict these influences and are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or discount on bookings.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Currently, Andalusia is experiencing an extreme drought and thus water shortage due to little or no rainfall. Some communal swimming pools might therefore be temporarily closed or are replenished manually by water tanks. Water restrictions are set by the government and may vary per council. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee when restrictions are lifted and/or updated as this is out of our span of control. Please be aware that the pool of the residency you are staying in, could be currently closed, or can be closed during your stay.

Next to communicating the water restrictions via our advertisements, prior to your check-in we will inform you if anything has changed at the residency of your holiday home. After your check-in, please be aware that we do not reimburse any stays or offer a discount on your stay due to non-availability of the swimming pool or restrictions set by the government.
