Nice neighborhood and great location, including in the off-season when in some towns on the Cape it’s hard to find anything open. The house guide provided lots of good options for eating etc. Very highly recommended!"

"One of the upstairs bedroom had MANY flying insects, so much that our grandkids refused to sleep there. The bedroom in the basement had a broken window and frogs came in so the kids wouldn't sleep there either. That left us with a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom home with two bedrooms. The local realtors worked with us and were very responsive to remedy the issues but nature won. they settled on giving us a financial recovery"
