"The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better."

"This hotel is near the North Railway station and not near Dongfeng square. Also if you are ordering a Didi the name of the Hotel is Time Walk S. The wifi at the hotel is effectively unusable. If useable wifi not an issue for you then i would give it a 4 star (minus 1 on location)."

"The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all.

10/10 Excelente
