"An excellent option for a stay in the city centre, close to the station. Would be awesome if all the lifts worked but that's a very minor comment, otherwise a pleasant stay."

Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable"

"The property is quirky and has a boutique feel in a very attractive building. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. If I had been given this information I would not have booked this room. The parking was good and well...

"the good: great location, nice pool area, snacks and water available all the time. Bad: not clean, smelled cleaning products when we arrived, took a while for te smell to go away. didnt bring extra pilows when i asked fot it, the reception said that it was on the way but never received it. Did't refill the coffee paper cups."
