"The staff was very helpful and welcoming! Will be booking this hotel again because of them! Bellman, front desk, restaurant, rooftop bar, housekeeping, all many thanks for such a pleasant stay!"

"Good staff"

"This place exceeded my expectations. I would certainly stay there again. I would definitely recommend."

"Brazil is a beautiful country, and most people I encountered were wonderful. I experienced genuine kindness, hospitality, and moments that made this trip memorable. Unfortunately, there were a few who demonstrated that working in hospitality and understanding hospitality are not necessarily the same thing. Nothing was loud or blatant. It appeared through passive attitudes, dismissiveness, lack of attentiveness, and subtle differences in treatment that some apparently believe go unnoticed. They...

"This hotel was absolutely stunning!! From the moment you walk inside, the attention to detail is unbelievable. All aspects of the hotel were amazing from the room, breakfast, fitness Center, pool and most importantly the staff!! I would love to stay here again and again and again!! The location is ideal for tourists that like to walk and explore the beach, mall and fine dining. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you for making my trip so special."

"Starting with the great location, which gives you easy access to restaurants and beaches in Ipanema and Copacabana. Also, the attention and communication from the host were awesome. And of course, the room was amazing, spotless, and exactly as shown in the pictures, with clean, comfy beds and bathrooms. The only deal-breaker for me was the stairs that take me to my room on the 3rd floor, but I wouldn’t doubt staying here again for sure."

"Exceptional location with Copacabana and Ipanema beaches within a short walking distance. Surrounding area is safe to walk in the evenings as well. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Room was quiet, spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Hotel staff is courteous. Breakfast staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast was elaborate with varieties of breakfast items. Would strongly recommend considering staying at this hotel, when in Rio."

"La habitación estaba bien, un poco chica para 2 adultos. El desayuno estuvo correcto y el servicio en general fue excelente."

"My wife stayed here for her stay in Rio de Janeiro. She liked the place, but she thought it wasn’t her style. It seemed like a bunch of young people trying to hook up. The staff was trying to charge my wife extra money being that she’s Brazilian and I’m American. I had paid with my card with US dollars, they were saying that she owed the place 65 reals when I had already paid everything in full. I’m not sure if they try to do this with all foreigners, but that’s what happened. The positives are...

"Great location, great staff and lovely breakfast"

"Muy buen servicio y cerca de todo."

"Amazing staff to our group and great hotel."

"La ubicacion es muy buena, y tambien el servicio de playa. No es todo lujo, pero si muy buena atencion y digno de un hotel de primera marca. El desayuno es espectacular y el rooftop tambien es lindo tenerlo especialmente a la tarde, para tomar un trago con una muy buena vista de copacabana. Lo mejor del hotel es la atencion y el servicio. El personal es de primera y esta en los detalles. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en este hotel."
