"There was no air conditioning in our room due to power outage. We were moved to another room however 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor and the room next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that came into our room through the night"

"The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience."

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. "The furnishings were very dated and not comfortable. For some reason, the intensity of all of the lights were above the intensity of night lights making this stay very uncomfortable."

"It’s a stunning, unique hotel. One great way to keep the wrong people from visiting? Tell them that there are no televisions in the rooms! From my perspective, that’s a big plus! And it signals that this hotel, combines luxury, history, and is aimed at the type of traveler who did not come to watch TV.."
