"AC very good, kitchen very good, room very clean but no room service and we were told that rooms have all the cleaning stuff necessary but didn't have a broom. Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget that we are the clients. "What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"
