"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View"

"First, the pictures of the resort are definitely not accurate. The only thing that is great about this resort is the room we stay in. They didn’t tell us they had an elevator until the last day. The place looks like a motel six and it’s not near anything without taking a taxi. Now the taxis cost an arm and a leg. They charge by the person not group, and you have to wait for it to be called. The restaurant was ok but not the upscale you wanted. The pool was small and the jacuzzi was even smaller....

"The place was quiet and nice, the pool area is beautiful. The property sits right on the beach with great activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, nothing too fancy, but still nice. "It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "We had an amazing time at Secret Harbour celebrating our 20th anniversary. The grounds were immaculately maintained, the staff was very attentive, and the restaurants were both wonderful. We ended up eating most of our meals here at the resort because the sunsets were so beautiful. We stayed on the hilltop overlooking the beach and the views were breathtaking. The room was wonderful and had everything we could need. It was very clean and well maintained. There were always groundskeepers working...
