"We loved our stay! The hotel is quaint, friendly hosts, close to everything in Cruz Bay. They have equipment available for a beach day (coolers, chairs, snorkels, etc.), free parking, lovely happy hour to enjoy and meet the other guests, and a refreshing pool to end your day. Convenient food for breakfast lunch and dinner just outside, steps from the beach that has excellent snorkeling. Foam topper bed and high quality pillows. "If you're not a person who likes big resorts and looks for something a little more low key, The Hideaway is it. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. The room was fresh and clean. The pool and pavilion are in the middle of the cottages, and the beach is literally right outside the gate. My first day there, I had the entire beach to myself (beach is very nice and clean). There is no traditional check-in or front desk and not many employees, so there's kind of just a "honor system" vibe. I did meet one of...

The deck was nice with furniture. The kitchen had a 2 burner stove and small frig. Note that the reception desk has very limited hours and they do not answer the phone. Keys are left or you.
