"The room was clean and the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND NICE! My daughter and I had a wonderful trip!! The only negative comment I have is that we didn’t notice that they were charging gratuity every time we ate at the hotel. Who puts gratuity on a check for only 2 people? That really upset us! We are 20% plus tippers and the staff really made out nice because no one pointed out that they were charging us gratuity. There weren’t any signs about charging gratuity and it was positioned...

"Excellent views, excellent food at Sea Salt, best coffee shop on the property, serves the best breakfast and souvenirs. Snorkel out to the buoy in the middle of the bay and have a good shot at seeing some turtles and eagle rays."

"It's convenience and spectacular view of the harbor over looking Charlotte Amelia for our last night. The front desk lady on the mid-shift was so pleasant and knowledgeable to our questions. The restaurant's atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I as we lived in the VI for many years. To finish our stay, our taxy driver was like a private tour guide to the airport. What more do you want ?"

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."
