"Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. "Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war recht überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, was sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Für einen Jersey Besuch kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal."

"No air con & record temperatures made life very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of hot & cold food, All staff were well trained & friendly & very helpful. Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option."

"This is a superb hotel, with perfect location on St Brelade's Bay beachfront. Food is excellent, whatever restaurant you choose. Staff are so helpful. Excellent service. A Seaview room is a must! Very clean, with bright modern decor. Bus stops are just outside the hotel therefore perfect for travel into St Helier and surrounding areas. There's an indoor pool and gym, next to the spa. The sea is a short distance if you prefer an outdoor swim! Always look forward to returning to L'Horizon and...

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."
