"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."

"I just needed a last-minute place to sleep so I wasn’t totally picky and it was very affordable so there was that! The bedsheets looked like they were not clean. They were very wrinkled, and it did not appear as if the bed was just made which bothered me, but I was so tired and it was too late in the evening to make changes. The location is very good. Very close to the university so you really can’t beat that. On site parking, which is free, which is also a plus in Cincinnati. Little things...

"Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend."

"Loved the location, loved the rooms, cleanliness of the entire property, loved the much better than average breakfast offerings, and the staff was amazing too. Yes you pay for parking in the garage but bring our ticket to the check-in desk and they will scan to give you in-out privileges. Newport on the Levee is less to a 10-minute walk so we never had to leave the parking garage anyhow. Would definitely stay again when in this area."
