"The facility is still pretty new and hotel service is not bad. The wifi signal in room is rather weak. The ski rental is a mess although it is not part of the hotel service, but they are not professional. I liked the pool, outdoor spa and the changing room very much."

"Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment. "

"早班機到，可以提早checkin，非常棒，酒店服務，客房整潔，舒適都非常棒，早餐也很棒，6：30就可以用餐，離滑雪⛷場不遠，可以走路過去，學了幾堂課就可以自己滑雪⛷，仔仔超級喜這裡，非常用心的酒店！下次會再來滑雪⛷歡"

"Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective.
Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...
